My good friend and chef Tom is great to watch in the kitchen. My video of him tying up a Christmas party beef filet sucked (see below) but here’s a photo of him in action. Tom is someone I depend on for advice, hardware, or sometimes even meat – anything my kitchen (or me) is temporarily lacking. He’s not just a “go to guy” but a stand-up friend. Thanks, Tom.
