A Stir The Pots Post

Hot Crossed Buns

by | Apr 11, 2017 | Bread

Making annual homage, I baked a pre-Easter batch of hot cross buns using Ian Lowe's new updated spreadsheets. My only hiccup was having to retard them within my schedule constraints and without skipping the cross on the buns ( which I may do next shot!) . Regardless, they turned out fruity and flavorful.

The dropbox link to Ian’s spreadsheets does not seem current, mostly 2015 forumula spreadsheets. Can you repost a link please.
