Funny I had to travel up north to Canada to finally try Sarah Jenkins food. She’s here in NY with her famous Porchetta and Porsena her newest venture. Luckily I learned about the event and tasted her menu at my friend Michele Forgiones new restaurant Osteria Venti, where Sarah’s pasta menu was showcased.
