There are four breweries in Connecticut. One of them, Half Full Brewery, is directly behind my mother’s neighborhood in Stamford. My brother had once told me about it, but I had never visited. With recent temperatures raging, I headed out of the city to visit my mom, then decided to walk over to the brewery. I had the luck to run into one of its masters, a man named Jackworth who took me on a tour and gave me a mini-tasting. It was a great afternoon that quenched my thirst! If you get up to Stamford, look them up.
