Meiuller Ouvrier De France is a distinguished award presented to craftsman in trades. Most well known category are chefs and pastry chefs. Paying a visit to my former chef Jean Michel Bergounoux last week, I learned that he had just been given this honor. When I saw him, he was readying for a photo shoot to fill his restaurant’s website with food shots and staff photo’s. So I spent the impromptu afternoon taking my own photo shoot alongside to celebrate Jean Michel.
