A Stir The Pots Post

La Boîte

by | Jul 18, 2014 | cookies, spice

Last Sunday I had the chance to meet the Israeli-born spice expert, Lior Lev Secarz, owner of La Boite, his shop that sells spices and biscuits. Introduced by Gennaro Pecchia, I was invited to come over to Lior’s spice lab to watch the final game of the World Cup. Besides watching Germany win, I ended up with a box of biscuits. There’s something magical about Lior’s endeavor; it starts with the spices but goes all the way into the packaging. Really cool. Worth a visit.

Below are some photos of the box.
