Having extra lemons in my kitchen, I decided to turn them into limoncello, that alcohol-laced drink that takes a few weeks to transform into a wonderful drink. A local restaurant in Queens taught me to enjoy it after pizza. Anyway, try making a batch at home. It takes time but is worth the relatively small effort.
