Hi Amber,
This was a photo and breads I made back in April…someone in the milling business said to look at the date on the bag…that said, a baker in Sweden told me that normally she finds Oland to be a bit iffy in control… I found yours to be really fantastic and am just at the end of this bag..
Cheers,
Jeremy
Hi – Listening to The Food Programme on bbc radio 4 (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m00066t7) and Dan Saladino is interviewing an Irish grain farmer who lives in Denmark and grows the Oland grain. He also interviews and bakes bread with Chef Magnus Nilsson. Wonderful program!
Hi Rozlyn,
