A Stir The Pots Post

Moqueca

by | Jan 5, 2022 | cooking, Food

Moqueca is a Brazilian fish stew that has interested me but I had yet to experience. In one of the evenings during the holidays, I decided to give it a try in my home kitchen. It's a lovely tropical dish described in song by Gal Costa, a Bahian singer, here in her song Logus Pé

From the fish!

Head, I don't eat.

Try to treat soon with green lemon

So as not to be surprised by the taste of moqueca.

Anyway, it made for a delicious evening.
