My publisher Jonathan tried this feat several times. He gave up after on his fifth attempt, he walked into his kitchen wall. Kinda funny given it describes a wonderful comfort food.
When you don’t want bacon and eggs, this simply dressed dish is so good, I’d walk into a kitchen wall just for a bite. Better just walk into your kitchen. Made with moistened carasau sheets, fresh tomato sauce, fried or poached eggs and some shaved cheese, ahhhh, bellisimo. Was so good I made it again.
