I met German baker René Knöebel at a Swiss food chain named Migro’s in a village near my sisters’. He let me take photographs of his shop, It’s great.  Here’s the baker and some brot!

    Terrific! So much fun to meet a real baker at Migros. Somehow I always thought everything there came out of a machine.

    Marie Claude, René was the real thing, he called me out in the store, tweeted me, wonderful guy and his bread is really good. Sad to say, lot’s of local bakeries are closing down…
