Guillotine

by | Aug 19, 2016 | Kitchenware, Tools of the trade

Known as "Guillotine a Saucisson," this French kitchen tool is tailor made to cut those fabulous hardened meats like saucisson sec. So easy to work with when you have a professional deli slicer. on the the typically dull home-based knife, they are easy to put to wreck.  I bought one recently. What I didn't realize was the extent of its sharpness. Here was my one day reign of terror on my finger!
